Is it possible for a student/guest researcher to book a room?

It is always the host department who makes the booking for its guests. Private individuals cannot make a reservation for themselves.

When are the rooms cleaned?

Towels are changed once a week. Bedlinnen are changed every second week. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned after departure.

Is breakfast included in the price? 

Unfortunately not. Instead University Guest House provides fully equipped kitchens where guests can prepare meals.

I have a pet, can I keep it at University Guest House during my stay?

Pets are not allowed at University Guest House.

When can I make the payment?

You can make the payment anytime from the day of arrival. Please come visit us at the reception.
