Below you will find the departure steps for guest researchers.
Moving out steps
Please make sure to do the following when preparing to move out.
1. Final inspection and room assessment
The final inspection of the apartment will be carried out by our inspection team after you have returned your keys and departed from the apartment.
A room assessment is a meeting between the tenant and a staff member of LU Accommodation. Please see the link below for more information on how to book a room assessment

2. Clean before you leave
Clean your apartment/room thoroughly before the inspection. You can read more about this under the section for cleaning.

3. Return your keys
Return your keys to us no later than 12:00 (noon) on the day your contract ends at our office.
