Prices and terms of reservation January 1st 2024-

Terms of reservation:

The host department handles all contact with the guest and is responsible for the guest.

Payments can be made by cash or card by the guest in our reception during they stay or through an invoice to the Department.

A reservation can be cancelled up until 7 days before the start date of the booking. The host department will be charged for the booking if a cancellation is made later than 7 days before the start date of the booking.

If a department has made a booking for a group of visitors the reservation can be cancelled up until 14days before the start date of the booking. The host department will be charged for the booking if a cancellation is made later than 14 days before the start date of the booking.

If the visitor pays:

Single room (VAT. incl): 725 SEK/night

After day 17 the price cap is reached (11600 SEK/month) and the price per night will be reduced to SEK 387 per night.

Double room (VAT.incl):  861SEK/night

 After day 17 the price cap is reached (13776 SEK/month) and the price per night will be reduced to 459 SEK/night.

If the host department pays:

Single room: 647 SEK/night

After day 17 the price cap is reached (SEK 10357 per month) and the price per night will be reduced to 346 SEK / night.

Double room: 769SEK/night

 After day 17 the price cap is reached (SEK 12300 per month) and the price per night will be reduced to 410 SEK / night.

Group bookings
