Cleaning prices

Cleaning Costs/Fees  (until January 2025)

Two different cleaning companies have been procured by LU Accommodation to handle the cleaning needed in our rooms and apartments. A new procurement is currently being negotiated, and new prices from approximately January onwards will be published soon. 

Prices vary a bit between different areas and rooms and apartments dependent on the prices of the company responsible for that particular accommodation. Below you will find all our cleaning prices listed per housing area.

There are two prices per object: the price per a normal cleaning and the price if there is only minor issues left in the apartment after the departure of the tenant. These prices are not negotiable since they have been decided by public procurement. 

Please note that the cost can increase if the cleaning was made during an evening or weekend. This is avoided if at all possible.
