Inspection (GR)

The final inspection of the apartment will be carried out by our inspection team after you have returned your keys and departed from the apartment.

Inspection

Once a tenant has returned their keys LU Accommodation will inspect the apartment. If there are any issues with cleaning or damages, this will be documented, and any costs that may be incurred will be charged to the departing tenant.

If the host department stands as guarantor, they may cover any such extra costs incurred after the end of the lease.

A full inspection report in PDF-format will be made available on the former tenants housing account online.
