Eddan

Eddan is a purpose-built student housing area. House D and E were finished during summer 2016 and house C was constructed during the summer of 2018. Eddan is situated in Linero, an area which is growing fast: new houses and apartments are being built and the centre is growing with amongst other things sport halls, libraries, supermarkets and schools.

About Eddan

Eddan offers a large international environment, where you either share a corridor with only a couple of other people or have your own small studio flat. There is a green area just by Eddan with an outdoor gym, and the Linero centre with supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, and public health centre is just down the road.

Total units:

176 corridor rooms with private WC and shower24 Studio flats. The maximum amount of beds/tenants in this housing area is 200.

Rent (from January 2025):

Corridor rooms: Approximately SEK 6 105 per month.

Studio flats: Approximately SEK 7 030 - SEK 7 350 per month.

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay for July, if they have moved in before May.

Studio flats: 17 - 21 square meters

Corridor bedrooms: 12 - 17 square meters

The commuting time to Malmö (Triangeln station) is approximately 45 minutes. The monthly commuting cost to Malmö (Triangeln station), with a student discount is SEK 652.

Internet:

Internet is included in the rent. The internet provider is Bahnhof. To have access just plug in your computer to the network socket in your room (cable is not included).
