Key return

Keys should be returned before noon on the last date of the contract. Keys can be returned through the key chute at our old reception (Tunavägen 20).

How to return keys

Key collection

Reception is always open for key collection 13:00-15:00 on the first available working day of each month (e.g. 2 January, 3 February, and 3 March 2025). Please note, that the reception will not be open on January 1st, as this is a holiday.

Irregular visiting hours/ Holidays

Below you will find our irregular visiting hours. Please note that you can still call us and e-mail us when reception is closed, and when necessary, book an appointment in person.

The reception will be closed on:
  • 23 to 1 January - Closed for winter holidays
  • 6 January - Closed for holiday
  • 13 January - Closed for Arrival Day. On this day, you can find us at Ingvar Kamprad Design Centre, Formstråket 13.

How to find our reception:

Our reception is located at Professorsgatan 1B. The entrance to Fysicum (Fysiska Institutionen) can be reached from both professorsgatan and instrumentmakaregränden. Once inside, follow the signs for LU Accommodation. Please see the map below for reference:
