Moving in

There are a few things tenants are expected to do before and after they have picked up their keys and moved in.

Arrival Process

Pay first rent and deposit

All rents are expected to be paid in advance, including the first rent. The first rent also includes a deposit for your booking and a cleaning charge for your apartment. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any damages or charges.

Key pickup

To pick up keys, tenants need to bring a photographic ID (passport or National ID-card). Key pickup is normally done at our reception, but during Arrival Days, keys can only be picked up at the Arrival Day venue.

Arrival Inspection

After arriving in your apartment, tenants need to make an arrival inspection, to make sure that all is in good condition.
