FAQ New housing portal

Sarting November 2023 a new housing portal will be implemented at LU Accommodation.

What's Changing?

Starting in November, we will be transitioning to a new and improved housing portal. The old housing portal will be running in parallel at least until January 2024. The new portal will offer several benefits, including:

User-Friendly Interface: making it easier for you to navigate and access important information about your tenancy, all in one place.

Maintenance Requests: You will be able to submit maintenance requests online through the portal, offering a faster and more straightforward service. This will completely replace our current fault report system [starting in November].

Online Documents and Signing: You will be able to sign and access important documents related to your tenancy, such as lease agreements, extensions, and notices, all in one place [starting in January].

Payments: Online payments will continue to be made via the current portal during November 2023. Online payments, as well as payment requests, will be moved to the new portal during December 2023.
