Different room types

LU Accommodation offers a variety of different room types and apartments of different sizes. 

Corridor room incl WC/Shower

a bedroom with WC and shower. you share the kitchen and living room with the other tenants in the corridor. We offer corridor rooms at Spoletorp.

Studio flat

An apartment with an open plan between living area and kitchenette, WC/shower. We offer studio flats at Albogatan, Klostergården Student House, Stora Gråbrödersgatan and Folkets Park in Malmö.

One bedroom apartments

An apartment with one bedroom, living room, WC, shower and kitchenette/kitchen. One berdroom apartments are offered at Bautastenen, Biskopshusets Annex, Dag Hammarskjöldsväg, Klostergården Student House, Kulgränden, Kyrkogatan, Orkestervägen, Stora Gråbrödersgatan, Sofieberg and Folkets Park in Malmö

Two and three bedroom apartments 

An apartment with either two or three bedrooms, living room, WC, shower and kitchenette/kitchen. These types of larger apartments are offered at  Biskopshusets Annex, Gerdagatan, Luzernvägen, Sofieberg and Stora Gråbrödersgatan.

Room in a two bedroom apartment

an apartment with two separate bedrooms, living room, WC, shower and kitchenette. The apartment is shared by two tenants. We only offer this alternative at Sofieberg.
