What's Changing?
Starting in November, we will be transitioning to a new and improved housing portal. The old housing portal will be running in parallel at least until January 2024. The new portal will offer several benefits, including:
User-Friendly Interface: making it easier for you to navigate and access important information about your tenancy, all in one place.
Maintenance Requests: You will be able to submit maintenance requests online through the portal, offering a faster and more straightforward service. This will completely replace our current fault report system [starting in November].
Online Documents and Signing: You will be able to sign and access important documents related to your tenancy, such as lease agreements, extensions, and notices, all in one place [starting in January].
Payments: Online payments will continue to be made via the current portal to begin with. Online payments, as well as payment requests, will be moved to the new portal at a later date.
If you are already a tenant:
Housing Account: In order to make the transition as smooth as possible for you, we will transfer all relevant data from your current housing account to the new portal. Your new housing account will be linked to your Lucat ID (ex. aa1234bb-s), which you will use to log in. Further information (including solutions for tenants without Lucat ID) will be sent out as we approach the transition.
Training Sessions: We will be conducting online training sessions in the week leading up to the launch. These sessions will cover all the new features and functionality, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Instructions, FAQs and How-To Guides will also be available on the website before the launch.
