Receiving/Accepting an offer

Step 1: Receiving an housing offer

When you receive a housing offer, you'll be notified via email. This is an example of how the mail looks like. The email contains details about the accommodation and the response deadline. Access the offer by clicking on “My Pages.”

Step 2: Responding to the housing offer

Select “Offers” in the right hand side menu. You can choose to “Accept” or “Decline” the offer. Click on the address to view sample photos of the the room type at that housing are..

Step 3: Confirmation from LU Accommodation

Await confirmation from LU Accommodation after you have accepted an offer.

Step 4: Signing the contract

Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your housing contract. Click on “Gå till dokumentet” to view it.

Carefully read the contract, scroll down, and click “Nästa,” followed by “Signera” to sign electronically.
